“I recently stayed at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rome Termini with my sister, and overall, the experience was truly positive from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is very well located, making it easy to move around the city and explore Rome without stress. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt organized and welcoming - from the rooms to the common areas. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the place in excellent condition, which makes a big difference after long days of sightseeing. What really stood out, though, was the service. The entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive. However, I want to especially highlight Ricardo at the reception. His attention was exceptional. From the beginning, he made us feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed. He took the time to guide us, answer our questions, and even adapted to our language, which made communication effortless and much more personal. Riccardo is not only very knowledgeable about the hotel and the city, but also incredibly kind and service-oriented. Small details, like his willingness to help at any moment and his positive attitude, made our stay much more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who goes that extra step naturally, and he definitely left a great impression on us. Without a doubt, Riccardo elevated our entire experience, and thanks to him and the team, we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.”

“We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. The location is excellent. The main train station is only about a five minute walk away, which makes arrival and departure very easy. Many famous attractions such as the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum can be reached within around twenty minutes on foot, or even faster by train. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you always have great dining options just around the corner. We did not book breakfast, so unfortunately I cannot rate it. Our room was small, but very nice and especially very, very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The whirlpool was pleasantly warm and not crowded at all, which made it perfect for relaxing. A huge thank you goes to the reception staff. They helped me send my lost key back to Germany, which was incredibly kind and cooperative. That level of service is truly not something you find everywhere. Overall, it was a beautiful vacation in a lovely hotel, and we would be happy to come back anytime.”

“We stayed here for one night (May 1, 2026) The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was pretty solid. Air conditioned. The breakfast was simple but worth the price for convenience. Location is ideal if you need to catch a train in the morning like we did. However, if you’re expecting a fun or even cozy location then maybe pick somewhere not near the train station. I find that most cities have less than ideal streets near train stations. Overall, clean, relatively comfortable, and convenient. The bed was a little stiff, but manageable. For my fellow Americans, remember this is Europe, the room isn’t going to be spacious. There’s no closet space whatsoever (a tiny nook for a couple hanging items). I’m a paranoid traveler, so I did a thorough search through the beds (for you know what) and was pleased that they were spotless.”

“Excellent service and a perfect location, just a short walk from Termini Station. Ricardo and Claudia at the reception were absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional, and exceptionally welcoming. We told them that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. When we entered our room, we found a beautiful romantic surprise waiting for us: lovely decorations and a bottle of wine. It was truly unexpected and made us very happy. Our room was quiet, spotless, and very comfortable, with a coffee machine included. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the coffee was delicious. The rooftop jacuzzi with its stunning view over Rome was the perfect finishing touch. It was everything you could wish for during a trip to Rome. A special thank you again to Ricardo and Claudia for making our four-night stay so memorable. We truly appreciated all the care and attention, and we would happily return.”

“I booked Leonardo due to the proximity to the train station and because it was highly convenient for my trip. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you are staying in Rome, it’s closely located to key sights and in the best location if travelling by train. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic. A great selection which set me up well for my day of sightseeing.”
